Screen Printing, Embroidery & More in Fort Lupton, CO

Screen printing
Ink pushed through a mesh screen, one screen for each color. It is the go-to for crew tees, hoodies, event shirts and anything with bold colors in bigger runs. We run it on an automatic press.
How a screen print job goes
- Art and proof. Send your logo or idea. We build a digital proof so you see the print before we make a screen.
- You approve. Once you sign off, the design is locked.
- Screens. Each color gets its own screen, lined up so the colors hit where they should.
- Print. Your garments go on the press and get printed.
- Cure and check. Every print is heat-cured so it lasts, then checked for color and placement.

Embroidery
Your logo stitched in thread. It looks sharp on hats, polos, jackets and work shirts and holds up on a job site.
How an embroidery job goes
- Art and proof. We send a digital proof with the size, thread colors and placement.
- You approve. Then it moves to production.
- Digitizing and stitchout. We turn your art into a stitch file for our machines, run a sample and send it to you to look over before the full run.
- Stitching. Garments are hooped and loaded, and the machines sew your design.
- Finish and check. Each piece is trimmed, cleaned up and checked.

DTF transfers
Direct-to-film: the design is printed on a film transfer and heat-pressed onto the garment. A good fit for full-color art and fine detail.
Tell us the design and the quantity and we’ll recommend DTF or screen printing.
Laser leather patches
Your logo on a leather patch. A rugged look on hats and jackets.
Send your logo and the item you want it on. You see a mockup before anything is made.
Patches
Patches for hats, jackets and uniforms, for when a patch looks better than stitching straight on.

Design fee for art we create or redraw. Digitizing fee for embroidery setup. Rush fee for tight deadlines. Every fee is on your quote before you approve anything.

What is the minimum?
15 pieces on apparel, for screen printing and embroidery. Banners have no minimum. Order one or as many as you need.

Are there extra fees?
There is a design fee if we create or redraw your art, a digitizing fee to turn a logo into an embroidery stitch file, and a rush fee for tight deadlines. We quote them before you approve anything.
How do I get my order?
Pick it up at our Fort Lupton shop by appointment, or we ship it to you anywhere in the U.S. Shipping is quoted with your order.
What file should I send?
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) works best. A sharp PNG or JPG works too. If all you have is a photo of your old shirt, send it and we will tell you what we can do.
