Screen Printing & Embroidery FAQ
Straight answers on minimums, turnaround, art, fees and pickup. The short version: 15-piece minimum on apparel, about 14 business days after you approve the invoice.
Ordering
What is the minimum order?
15 pieces for screen printing and embroidery. That keeps setup costs fair on shirts, hats, hoodies and other apparel. Banners have no minimum, so you can order just one.
How do I get a quote?
Hit Start an Order and tell us the item, how many and where the logo goes, and attach your art. Or call (303) 880-9883. We follow up with a quote and a mockup.
What can you print or embroider?
T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts, hats, work shirts and company apparel, team uniforms and spirit wear, event and family reunion shirts, patches and vinyl banners. You can browse garments in our online catalog from the Browse Garments page.
Do you make team uniforms and work shirts?
Yes. We screen print and embroider uniforms and spirit wear for schools, leagues and clubs, and work shirts, hats and company apparel for businesses across Weld County.
What is the difference between screen printing and embroidery?
Screen printing pushes ink through a mesh screen onto the garment, one screen per color. It is best for tees, hoodies and bigger runs of bold designs. Embroidery stitches your design in thread for a raised, durable look on hats, polos, work shirts and jackets. Not sure which? Send your design and we will tell you what fits.

How long does a custom order take?

Art & Files
Can you help with my artwork or logo?
Yes. We can draw your art from scratch or work from your logo, a sketch or a finished design. Before anything is printed or stitched, you get a digital proof so you can see how it will look.
Pickup & Shipping
How do I get my order?
Pick it up at our shop in Fort Lupton by appointment, or we ship it to you anywhere in the U.S. Shipping is quoted with your order. Call (303) 880-9883 to set a pickup time.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. We work by appointment. Call (303) 880-9883 to set a time to go over your order or pick it up.
What are your hours?
Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday, 9 AM to 5 PM, by appointment.
Fees
Is there a fee for design work or embroidery digitizing?
Yes. There is a design fee for custom artwork and a digitizing fee for embroidery, which turns your design into a stitch file for our machines. The cost depends on the design, so we quote it up front. Call (303) 880-9883 if you want a number before you order.
